Kiran Digital is a registered local cable operator. New connections, set-top boxes, channel packs and every service call are handled by our own team.
Kiran Digital is registered with the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Government of India as a local cable operator for running a cable television network, under the Cable Television Networks (Regulation) Act, 1995.
For you, that means your connection, billing and complaints all sit with a registered operator, and every right available to you under TRAI's tariff order applies in full.
The certificate is displayed prominently at our Koderma office, as the registration requires.
Call or message us on WhatsApp with your address. We confirm the same day whether our line reaches your premises.
Keep a photo ID and address proof ready. Subscriber details are recorded as the regulations require.
Our technician lays the cable, installs the set-top box and demonstrates the channels before leaving.
You choose the channels or bouquets you want. The current rate card is shown to you before activation.
Channel prices, bouquet composition and the network capacity fee are governed by TRAI's prevailing tariff order and the rates declared by broadcasters, and may change from time to time. We quote you the current rate before you pay, and the amount you pay is printed on your receipt.
Under TRAI's tariff framework you may select channels individually or as bouquets. We will not add a pack to your account without your consent.

Every complaint gets a number. We attend within 8 working hours and aim to resolve within 7 working days.
Upgrade or downgrade a pack, or add and remove channels, on a single request and without any penalty.
We do not carry any programming that violates the programme and advertisement codes under the Cable Television Networks Rules, 1994.

Ltd., holder of a Unified Licence (ISP) issued by the Department of Telecommunications, Ministry of Communications, Government of India, of which M/s Kiran Digital is an authorised franchise partner for Koderma. DTH services are offered under our appointment as a distributor for the Koderma territory. Cable television services are provided under registration no. JH/2025/1059970127, issued by the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Government of India under the Cable Television Networks (Regulation) Act, 1995, valid for five years with effect from 23 April 2025.
All plans are billed and charged in Indian Rupees (INR) and the prices shown are inclusive of GST at the applicable rate. A GST invoice is issued for every payment received.
