Broadband is billed in advance for the cycle you choose — monthly, quarterly, half-yearly or yearly. The service stays active for the full paid period.
A GST invoice under GSTIN 20DNJPK7590G1ZV is issued for every payment. Ask us if you need it emailed for business claims.
We message you before your plan expires. If payment is delayed the connection is suspended, not disconnected, for a short grace period.
Kiran Digital will never ask you for an OTP, UPI PIN, card CVV or net banking password. If anyone does, end the call immediately and report it to us on +91 82716 72969 . Please make payments only through the links on this website or at our office.

DTH services are offered under our appointment as a distributor for the Koderma territory. Cable television services are provided under registration no. JH/2025/1059970127, issued by the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Government of India under the Cable Television Networks (Regulation) Act, 1995, valid for five years with effect from 23 April 2025.
All plans are billed and charged in Indian Rupees (INR) and the prices shown are inclusive of GST at the applicable rate. A GST invoice is issued for every payment received.
