M/s Kiran Digital (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through kirandigital.in and in the course of providing broadband and DTH services, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

Information we collect

• Identity and contact details — name, installation address, mobile number and email address.
• KYC documents — proof of identity and address, collected because the licence conditions and telecom regulations require a verified subscriber record.
• Service records — plan, connection details, complaint history, invoices and payment history.
• Technical logs — connection and usage logs generated by the network, retained for the period the law requires.
• Website information — what you type into our enquiry forms, and basic server logs kept by our hosting provider.

We do not store your card number, UPI PIN, CVV or net banking password. Online payments are processed by a regulated payment gateway; the card and bank details you enter go to the gateway, not to us.

How we use it

• To check feasibility, activate and maintain your connection.
• To raise invoices, collect payments and issue receipts.
• To respond to enquiries and resolve complaints.
• To send service messages such as renewal reminders, outage notices and payment confirmations.
• To meet obligations under the licence, under tax law, and under lawful directions from government or law-enforcement authorities.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not rent or trade our subscriber list.

Who we share it with

• Xpress Fiber Pvt. Ltd., whose licensed network carries your broadband service, for provisioning, network operations and regulatory compliance.
• The DTH operator whose services we distribute, for activation, recharge and subscriber verification.
• Payment gateways and banks, to process and reconcile your payments.
• Government, regulatory and law-enforcement authorities, where disclosure is required by law or by a valid legal process.

Anyone processing information on our behalf is required to use it only for the purpose we give it to them.

How long we keep it

Subscriber records, KYC documents and billing records are retained for as long as you are a subscriber and thereafter for the period required by the licence conditions, tax law and other applicable law. After that they are securely destroyed.

Keeping it safe

Access to subscriber records is restricted to staff who need it for their work. Physical documents are kept at our office and digital records on access-controlled systems. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps appropriate to the sensitivity of the information.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, and the web fonts used on this site are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives the request as part of serving the font.

Your choices

• You can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct anything inaccurate.
• You can ask us to stop sending promotional messages; service and billing messages will continue while you are a subscriber.
• You can ask us to delete your information after your account is closed, except where the law requires us to keep it.

Children

Our services are contracted with adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children directly.

Changes

Any change to this policy will be published on this page with a revised date.
