What happens after you pay, how soon, and in which areas.
Kiran Digital sells services, not shipped goods, so there is nothing to courier. This page explains what happens after you pay, and by when.

Timelines assume access to the premises, availability of a power point, permission from the building or landlord where needed, and normal weather. Delays outside our control are told to you as soon as we know.
We deliver within Koderma district — including Dudhi Mati, Koderma Bazar, Jhumri Telaiya, Tilaiya, Domchanch, Chandwara, Markacho, Satgawan, Jainagar, Nawadih, Lokai and Dhab. Locations outside this area cannot be served directly; tell us where you are and we will point you to the nearest Xpress Fiber partner.
We do not ship products by courier. All equipment is delivered and installed in person by our technician at your premises within our service area. Accordingly no shipping charges apply.

Broadband services listed on this website are delivered over the licensed network of Xpress Fiber Pvt. Ltd., holder of a Unified Licence (ISP) issued by the Department of Telecommunications, Ministry of Communications, Government of India, of which M/s Kiran Digital is an authorised franchise partner for Koderma. DTH services are offered under our appointment as a distributor for the Koderma territory. Cable television services are provided under registration no. JH/2025/1059970127, issued by the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Government of India under the Cable Television Networks (Regulation) Act, 1995, valid for five years with effect from 23 April 2025.
All plans are billed and charged in Indian Rupees (INR) and the prices shown are inclusive of GST at the applicable rate. A GST invoice is issued for every payment received.
