Kiran Digital sells services, not shipped goods, so there is nothing to courier. This page explains what happens after you pay, and by when.

Timelines assume access to the premises, availability of a power point, permission from the building or landlord where needed, and normal weather. Delays outside our control are told to you as soon as we know.

Before installation

Feasibility is confirmed for your exact address. If the location cannot be served, no charge is made and any advance is refunded per the refund policy.
Installation, wiring and any extra material is quoted to you before the technician starts work.
KYC documents are collected and verified.

At installation

The technician installs and tests the connection, configures your Wi-Fi and shows you a working speed test.
You receive your customer ID, plan details, the technician's contact and our support number.
A GST invoice under GSTIN 20DNJPK7590G1ZV is issued for the amount paid.

After installation

Support on +91 82716 72969 during office hours, 9:30 AM – 8:30 PM (Mon–Sun); network monitoring runs 24×7.
Complaints are attended within 8 working hours and normally resolved within 7 working days.
Renewal reminders are sent before your plan expires so the connection does not lapse.

Service area

We deliver within Koderma district — including Dudhi Mati, Koderma Bazar, Jhumri Telaiya, Tilaiya, Domchanch, Chandwara, Markacho, Satgawan, Jainagar, Nawadih, Lokai and Dhab. Locations outside this area cannot be served directly; tell us where you are and we will point you to the nearest Xpress Fiber partner.

Shipping of physical goods

We do not ship products by courier. All equipment is delivered and installed in person by our technician at your premises within our service area. Accordingly no shipping charges apply.
